WordCamp Manchester

Co-organiser at WC Mcr for a number of years is a great way to give back to the community and meet and work with some great people along the way. WordCamps are a great resource for anyone who uses WordPress (and not just the techies). I’m so glad I went to my first one in 2013

JavaScript for WP

I am currently working my way through the master course and loving every challenge and minuet of working on this. When I started I never thought I’d be able to create a single page web app in vanilla JS… now onto React.

Manchester WordPress User Group

Friendly local WordPress group, where you will often find me helping people out with their WordPress Woes. A great bunch of people and interesting talks every month.

Front End Development

Helping clients get the look and feel of their site just right on a desktop, tablet and mobile. And using modern web technologies to do it of course ;-)

Fab Lab

Using a laser cutter is one of my favourite pass times, and Fab Labs is the best place to do it. The guys are great at helping troubleshoot the machines that produce your projects and understand how important getting my latest pop-up card creation just right really is!

Languages

Native English speaker and conversational in German. Can write a bit of PHP and JavaScript too.
